65$- ( Cost of materials ) plus $65.00 per hour labor
- Elaborate custom design will be quoted based on complexity
- 5-70 miles additional cost-$ 1.50 per mile round trip
- OUTDOOR BALLOON STRUCTURES, WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED
- Half down for materials at time of booking
- Payment in full the day prior to the event
- Custom ordered balloons are non-cancellable
- Average time for a 12- foot garland is typically 2.5 hours
